Miss Daisy's Nursery Schools are looking for Qualified Educators to join the team. Positions available at Brook Green Miss Daisy's settings. Monday – Friday 8am‑4pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Paediatric First Aid
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0‑5
  • Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
  • Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well‑maintained at all times
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well‑being of all children
