We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager on a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave, starting on the 2nd November 2026. This dynamic company has its own internal creative agency specialising in B2C dental and health marketing, working on a wide range of marketing and digital marketing projects. This is a delivery focused project manager role, working alongside the account manager and designers and developers to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. The team works predominantly remotely, with occasional days onsite in their central Birmingham office and the whole team meets up with weekly Zoom calls and quarterly face-to-face meetings. You would be based within 1 hour of Birmingham City Centre, salary c£35-40k.

Our client is a highly successful dental growth company with a vast network across the UK. They deliver strategic brand and creative marketing solutions for hundreds of dental and health marketing companies across the UK and they are experiencing good organic growth. They have strengthened their digital and creative team recently, have won awards, and treat their staff extremely well, making them a very desirable place to work.

The role

This is a pivotal role within the internal agency team, responsible for managing and overseeing multiple branding, website, social media and SEO projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and delivery against client objectives.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Working alongside the account manager to ensure that clients are updated on project plans and timings, identifying opportunities for campaign optimisation and client growth.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment among team members to optimise project efficiency.
  • Preparing and delivering comprehensive performance reports to clients, providing insightful analysis and recommendations based on KPIs.
  • Ensuring accountability among stakeholders by monitoring task completion and deliverables.
  • Upholding established business systems and processes to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.

About you

You have proven experience of working as a marketing or digital project manager within either a creative agency or an internal marketing team where you can juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines with ease. You are highly organised and enjoy building rapport with internal colleagues and clients alike, coming up with solutions to problems should they arise. You enjoy looking at ways that projects can be more efficient, whether that be through efficiencies in process etc - they are up for innovation or new ideas.

Ideal background for the role:

  • Proven experience in marketing project management within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret simple data and derive actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
