Mishcon De Reya is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead lateral hires within the firm. You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, partner with hiring partners, and drive market mapping, candidate outreach, and interviews across Associates and Business Operations teams.
You will contribute to improving the candidate experience, collaborate with the People Team on policy and process, and support EDI initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with external agencies.
