Mishcon de Reya's Construction Group is seeking a lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE to advise on construction documentation, agreements for lease, collateral warranties, and related real estate and finance transactions.
You'll work with developers, investors and lenders, draft and negotiate building contracts (JCT, NEC), and assist on high-value commercial and residential deals, supported by a leading national and international practice.
