The Litigation Department at Mishcon de Reya LLP has one of the largest and most comprehensive Dispute Resolution offerings in London; over half of the Firm's lawyers are litigators. The Finance and Banking Disputes team is recognised in the market for its top‑flight financial and regulatory disputes practice. Our lawyers have a deep knowledge of the financial services sector, complex financial products and documentation, and financial regulations. For all businesses in the financial services sector, individuals and corporates with disputes involving financial products and documents, and individuals and corporates engaged with overseas or domestic financial services regulatory bodies, the team has the relevant legal and industry expertise to provide strategic advice and achieve our clients' objectives.

Our matters are often high‑value and multi‑jurisdictional.
