Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advising HNW and UNHW clients on UK immigration options
  • Advising clients wishing to establish a business in the UK
  • Advising on various work‑based visa categories
  • Advising companies on sponsor licensing, Home Office compliance and right‑to‑work checks
  • Handling Global Talent, Innovator and Startup visa applications
  • Managing applications for EU Nationals under the EU Settlement Scheme
  • Managing applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK
  • Managing applications for British Citizenship – often involving discretion
  • Processing asylum, humanitarian protection and human rights claims
  • Providing strategic immigration advice
