About the Role
Senior Immigration Lawyer providing strategic immigration advice to corporate and private clients, including high net worth (HNW) individuals and multi‑jurisdictional businesses.
Work encompasses UK and US immigration matters, sponsorship, compliance and bespoke client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise HNW and non‑HNW clients on UK immigration options.
- Advise clients on establishing a business in the UK.
- Handle various work‑based visa categories, including Skilled Worker, Global Talent, Innovator, Start‑up and Tier 2.
- Provide sponsor licensing, Home Office compliance and right‑to‑work checks for companies.
- Process applications for EU nationals, Indefinite Leave to Remain, British Citizenship and other immigration routes.
- Assist with Asylum, humanitarian protection and human‑rights claims.
- Deliver strategic immigration advice and policy interpretation.
- Participate in cross‑functional teams (Tax, Wealth, Real Estate, etc.) to offer integrated solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1‑7 years PQE in immigration law.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and workload‑management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Experience with AI tools is an asset.
- Self‑sufficient, proactive, resilient under pressure, and adaptable.
- Ability to lead and manage other teammates.
