Expanding company and exciting venue in Croydon's buzzing Restaurant District seeks dynamic, experienced Head Chef to head up the kitchen in this award-winning venue. This large and impressive site underwent an extensive refurbishment last year and has featured in many interior design blogs and editorials.
Operationally this is a 6-day a week site with brunch offering, evening menu, together with a big roast following on Sundays. The site will have in excess of 100-150 covers in a casual/laid back environment.
- At least 2 years experience as a head chef in a similar busy brunch environment
- Great experience working with fresh produce and a flair for creative menu creation
- Strong with a can do attitude
- Enjoy the fast paced hospitality industry
- Highly organised with good back office skills
- Able to set and maintain high kitchen standards
3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews & Well Structured & Professional Working Environment
Working Hours: 50 – 55 Hrs P/Wk (7 Shifts over 5 Days)
