You will be a hands-on manager, leading your team and working with them on the line and on the floor with customers. A solid experience in QSR and burgers is required. You will be required to travel to Kuwait to familiarise yourself with the company and concept (exact dates to be confirmed) to receive full training with our team there, before returning to prepare for the grand opening in December!
About you:

Responsibilities include:
- Running smooth day-to-day operations, managing back office and employees.
- Ensuring daily and monthly budgets and sales targets are met.
- Handling back-office duties including stock control, monthly stock takes, weekly rotas, and managing POS system.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, welcoming customers, and addressing complaints.
- Providing management with monthly inventory forecasts, managing suppliers, and placing orders as needed.
- Maintaining a 5-star rating by overseeing local authority food safety inspections.
Working hours: Operating hours are planned from 11 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week including bank holidays. The role involves 5 days per week, totaling approximately 45 hours.
Applicants must be fluent in English, eligible to work in the UK, able to provide two current work references, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar environments.
