Exciting opportunity in a premium luxury food company, part of a highly successful international brand in Central London. An opportunity exists within this luxury food operator for a combined retail and administrative person - you will have a background in either premium restaurant or premium food operators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing orders/hampers for customers and associated admin duties
  • Dealing with online orders and answering enquiries relating to the product
  • Meeting with clients and brand promotion
  • Retail presence in store
  • Attending exhibitions to promote the brand

Confident people person who can work well independently. Ability to prioritise workload and perform well under pressure while delivering results to exacting deadlines. The ability to be adaptable to both a quiet and busy workload.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work well and in a hands-on capacity in a small and supportive team
  • The successful candidate will have approx 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Business acumen – target driven / sales driven, excellent people skills/proactive
  • Reliable & committed with intention to offer a long-term commitment to next role
  • Occasional remote working (laptop provided)

Salary & Benefits:

  • £circa k - plus incentives

Working Hours:

  • 5 days per week - Hours of working 10.30 am - 6.30 pm (the store is open 7 days per week so will include one day at the weekend)
