The owner of this independent 3 site operator is looking for a head chef who can build on the existing reputation serving seasonal homemade quality food creating new specials, and to have creative input on the existing menu.

- Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control

- Due Diligence: Food Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters

- Proven Head Chef experience gained within quality Gastro fresh food site
- Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Technical Skill

Salary & Benefits
