Located in Chelsea – this stylish independent Brasserie has established a great reputation for inspired casual dining. Open from early until 10 p.m (7 day operation) – Attracting good repeat custom – this buzzing operation offers a 70 cover dining experience.
Role / Responsibilities
- Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a professional and dedicated floor team of 8 (on rota) to deliver the highest levels of service.
- You will play an integral part in team training and development and assist with other responsibilities including stock control, financial management and business marketing.
- Working 5 days out of 7 averaging 40-45 hours (straight shifts). This position offers a friendly and supportive working environment.
Candidate Profile
- Min. 12 months as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor within a comparable (Brasserie / Gastro style) business.
- Passion for delivering the highest customer service.
- Good all round skill set – you will be very customer service focused and have real ability to deliver on the floor and be well organized.
- You will have experience in busy, fast paced establishments and good experience of training staff and setting standards.
- Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role.
Salary & Benefits
- £26 k basic start salary per annum + tips circa £30 k per annum.
- Approx. 40-45 hours per week (straight shifts, 2 days off).
- Shift patterns likely to be 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. or 12/2 - 10 p.m.
- Immediate Start.
