Currently seeking a chef with healthy food, cafe experience, working with fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch within a nutrition plant-based contemporary environment. The restaurant is small and intimate and set within stunning private club surroundings.
This role would suit a chef who wants to work in a quieter calm environment but who can step up and work on their own initiative in busy times with the ability to work with specific dietary requirements to include gluten/dairy free food options while working in a small and friendly team.
Candidate Profile:- Chef experience gained within healthy eating/plant-based concept (or an interest) with a genuine knowledge base in nutrition
- Proven all-round skill set: Creativity, Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Cooking Skill
