Currently seeking a chef with healthy food and cafe experience, working with fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch within a nutrition plant-based contemporary environment. The restaurant is small and intimate and set within stunning private club surroundings. This role would suit a chef who wants to work in a quieter calm environment but who can step up and work on their own initiative in busy times, with the ability to work with specific dietary requirements to include gluten and dairy-free food options while working in a small and friendly team.
Candidate Profile:
- Chef experience gained within healthy eating/plant-based concept (or an interest) with a genuine knowledge base in nutrition
- Proven all-round skill set: Creativity, Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Cooking Skill
- Genuine Passion to Cook
- Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively
- Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation
- Genuine intention to offer long-term commitment to next role
Salary & Benefits:
