  • Customer facing manager essential building on establishing a loyal client base from opening.

Role

  • Daily Smooth Running of the Kitchen
  • Menu Planning – costing & recipe specification
  • Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control
  • Kitchen Rotas, Recruitment, Team Training & Development, Personnel Files
  • Due Diligence: Food Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters

Candidate Profile

  • Proven Head Chef experience gained within quality brand / comparable steakhouse or brassiere operation
  • The ability to work in a fast paced service - 90 covers
  • Must have consistent work experience and be looking for a long term role
  • Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Technical Skill
  • Genuine Passion to Cook
  • Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively
  • Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation
  • Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role
