As a Claims Handler, you'll be at the core of what we do, managing mis-sold car finance claims from first contact through to resolution, making a real difference to clients who've been wronged by lenders.
- Managing a portfolio of car finance claims end-to-end, ensuring clients are kept informed every step of the way
- Assessing claim validity and determining the best course of action
- Maintaining accurate records across our bespoke CRM system in line with company procedures
- Identifying any discrepancies or fraud risks and escalating where needed
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and legal requirements throughout
If you've worked in claims, financial services or a fast-paced customer-facing role, we want to talk to you.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of FCA regulations or car finance claims is a bonus — but not essential
