Ready to take on more ownership in your next compliance role?
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join a growing FCA-regulated business in Manchester, working directly alongside the Head of Compliance.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll have genuine responsibility for day‑to‑day compliance, regulatory guidance and risk — helping ensure FCA requirements are understood and embedded across the wider business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing practical FCA compliance advice and guidance across the business
- Reviewing processes, activity and communications against regulatory requirements
- Identifying and escalating potential regulatory risks
- Supporting monitoring, audits and regulatory reviews
- Developing and maintaining compliance policies, processes and documentation
- Working closely with stakeholders across different areas of the business
- Supporting the Head of Compliance with wider regulatory projects and priorities
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience within an FCA-regulated environment
- Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements
- Compliance Officer, Compliance Advisory or similar experience
- Confidence interpreting regulation and turning it into practical business guidance
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
- Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail
- Growing business with the opportunity to help strengthen and shape the compliance function
