We are a growing Claims Management Company based in Manchester, and we're expanding our car finance claims team. We're looking for driven, experienced handlers who know the process and can hit the ground running from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of mis-sold car finance claims from start to finish
- Communicating with clients, lenders and third parties throughout the claims process
- Gathering evidence, reviewing agreements and building strong cases
- Keeping clients updated and delivering excellent service throughout
- Contributing to a high-performing team
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in car finance claims, PCP/HP mis-selling or financial claims handling
- Knowledge of the FCA discretionary commission arrangement (DCA) rules
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload under pressure
- A self-starter who doesn't need micromanaging
