The Role
As a Claims Handler, you'll be at the core of what we do, managing mis-sold car finance claims from first contact through to resolution, making a real difference to clients who've been wronged by lenders.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of car finance claims end-to-end, ensuring clients are kept informed every step of the way
- Liaising with clients, lenders and third-party providers to gather documentation and build strong cases
- Assessing claim validity and determining the best course of action
- Maintaining accurate records across our bespoke CRM system in line with company procedures
- Identifying any discrepancies or fraud risks and escalating where needed
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and legal requirements throughout
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to have done this exact role before but you do need to be sharp, organised and hungry to succeed. If you've worked in claims, financial services or a fast-paced customer-facing role, we want to talk to you.
- Strong communicator; written and verbal
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Able to manage your own caseload and work independently
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
