Miryco are a specialist recruitment agency looking for an experienced Actuarial Recruiter to join our small, remote based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a warm desk with an established client base, active vacancies, and a pipeline of both contingency and executive search assignments.
You will be joining a small, collaborative team where you will be self-dependent and your contribution will have real impact on your earnings. The Role
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of actuarial clients and mandates
- Deliver contingency and retained/executive search assignments across the actuarial market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with actuarial professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Provide a consultative, high-quality service to clients and candidates
- Work closely with a supportive and entrepreneurial team

- Proven experience in actuarial recruitment
