Miryco is working with a top-tier index provider that is looking to appoint a senior commercial professional to lead client coverage and new business growth across the UK and EMEA Wealth Management market. This is a senior, high-impact opportunity for an established wealth specialist with a strong network across wealth managers, private banks, investment platforms, model portfolio providers and ETF issuers. The successful candidate will take ownership of developing and executing the firm's UK wealth strategy, identifying new commercial opportunities and building senior relationships across the wealth ecosystem.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and execute the UK and wider EMEA Wealth Management strategy.
  • Drive new business and revenue growth across the UK wealth ecosystem.
  • Identify and develop opportunities across index licensing, ETFs, wealth data and benchmarks.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with CIOs, investment heads and platform leaders.
  • Drive adoption of investment indices and benchmarks across model portfolios and discretionary investment solutions.
  • Identify new ETF, benchmark and wealth distribution opportunities.
  • Act as a senior Wealth Management subject matter expert and external thought leader.
  • Develop long-term commercial relationships across wealth managers, private banks, platforms and MPS providers.
  • Lead complex commercial discussions and negotiations with senior stakeholders.

About You

  • We are looking for an experienced commercial leader with deep knowledge of the UK and European Wealth Management markets.
  • 10+ years' experience within financial services.
  • Significant experience across wealth management, asset management, ETFs, indexing, wealth data or fintech.
  • A strong understanding of model portfolios, discretionary solutions and wealth distribution.
  • A proven track record in consultative sales, business development and revenue generation.
  • An established network across wealth managers, investment platforms, MPS providers and ETF issuers.
  • Strong executive-level relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
  • The credibility to engage directly with senior investment and commercial decision-makers.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CFA or MBA would be advantageous.
