Miryco are working with a leading Asset Manager to assist their search for a Regulatory Reporting Associate. You will have responsibility for US reporting and therefore be working US market hours.

Overview

The Regulatory Reporting Associate is responsible for mandatory regulatory reporting on behalf of the Asset Management Group, with a specific focus on US entities. The role will establish a robust oversight and control environment to satisfy US regulatory reporting expectations. Finally, the role will be responsible for assessing the impact of relevant regulatory changes and revising operational processes accordingly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Investment guideline breach monitoring via Bloomberg AIM for pre and post-trade violations
  • Extraction and interpretation of investment restrictions for new fund onboardings or fund changes.
  • Coding and testing of restrictions built into Bloomberg AIM.
  • Maintaining Group procedures rules for equity and fixed income teams.
  • Responsible for maintaining internal and external watchlists in Bloomberg.
  • Mandate and regulatory compliance checks.
  • Assist to meet SEC reporting deadlines, including Form PF and schedule 13 reports.
