Miryco Consultants is working with a leading pensions specialist to add a Project Manager to their TPA function. You will immediately be involved in projects that directly impact their policyholder experience.
This person will sit across the Third Party Administrator\βs and be responsible for implementing processes and frameworks around the customer journey. They will also liaise with the business to come up with actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
