A leading Financial Services company is looking for a Payroll Advisor to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple international locations.
Working closely with an external payroll provider, you'll ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
The company has over a decade of experience supporting founders and institutions through institutional-grade market making, OTC trading and strategic venture capital.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple international locations.
- Process starters, leavers, salary changes, and back pay.
- Review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with the payroll provider.
- Ensure accurate payroll calculations, including tax, benefits, and statutory payments.
- Respond to employee payroll queries.
- Support year-end payroll activities and compliance.
- Work closely with HR and Finance to maintain accurate payroll data and improve processes.
Experience
- 3+ years' payroll experience, ideally within a multinational or financial services environment.
