Miryco Consultants are working with a high-growth consultancy specialising in financial services strategy and operations. A private equity-backed business with strong advisory and FinTech divisions, the hiring firm is ambitious to build on an already excellent market reputation and client base. We are seeking Senior Managers to lead the delivery of complex strategic and transformation engagements across Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end to end delivery of projects and programmes, managing scope, timelines, commercials, and senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM), ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Drive large-scale business transformation programmes across strategy, operations, and technology.
  • Apply deep expertise in strategy and operations to support clients in solving complex challenges.
  • Build strong client relationships and actively contribute to account growth.
  • Lead and mentor more junior team members.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or within an in-house transformation function.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing target operating models in the Financial Services sector.
  • Experience in business development, including identifying opportunities and contributing to account growth.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
