Miryco Consultants is working with a leading pensions specialist to add an Operations Associate to their TPA Management team. You will immediately be involved in projects that directly impact the policyholder experience. This is a great opportunity to join a quickly moving, exciting, dynamic team and business.
Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for queries around TPA management
- Internal and external project management
- Developing member communications and improving digital presence
- Ensuring best practice surrounding regulations, particularly Consumer Duty
- Identifying areas for improvement, analysing MI for trends and implementing change
Experience
- 3-5 years' experience within relevant project or business analysis role
- Understanding and mapping of customer journey and experience strategies
- Strong academic background, minimum 2:1 from leading university
- Some technical pensions or insurance knowledge desirable
