As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking a Proposition Development Manager to help design, develop, and deliver compelling retirement income solutions for customers approaching and entering retirement.

You'll play a key role in building customer propositions from the ground up, working across product development, customer insight, distribution, operations, risk, and regulatory teams.

  • Lead the development and enhancement of retirement income propositions, with a particular focus on individual annuities.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging customer needs.
  • Ensure all propositions meet regulatory requirements and deliver good customer outcomes.

Experience in proposition development, product management, or proposition strategy within financial services.
