Miryco Consultants is partnering with a leading Financial Services firm to hire a Central Compliance Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving compliance professional with experience in managing Employee Compliance Processes within Financial Services.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Employee Compliance processes, including CBT Training, Gifts & Entertainment, Conflicts of Interest/Outside Activities, and Personal Account Dealing.
- Prepare MI and reports on employee compliance and compliance breaches.
- Conduct monitoring of employee e-communications and escalate as necessary.
- Provide input into the Compliance Function's annual framework.
Experience:
- 2-4 years exposure in a similar compliance role in Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of relevant PRA and FCA requirements and Expectations.
- Experience in operating, testing and refining Compliance IT systems preferred.
Location: City of London
