Leading Asset Manager - In-House Consulting - Business Transformation

Overview

Miryco Consultants are working with one of the UK\’s largest Asset Management firms by AUM, looking to add a strong and motivated Business Transformation Consultant to their team. This is a perfect opportunity for candidates with consulting experience looking to join a successful firm and move into industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise change initiatives, including defining scope, conducting impact and GAP analysis, eliciting and documenting requirements, and shaping solution options across process, organisational, and system changes.
• Drive solution and programme design, estimating complexity, contributing to high-level analysis of epics/programmes, and ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines and business outcomes.
• Support successful delivery and implementation by contributing to test strategy and execution, ensuring solutions meet requirements, and assisting with communication, training, and smooth transition to BAU.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, engaging vendors for feasibility and options analysis, and serving as a trusted SME in major change initiatives.

Experience

• 6+ years\’ experience in Financial Services consulting, preferably with Asset Management firms.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and tailor approaches to business and client needs.
