Weβre working on an exciting opportunity for an ambitious investor to join a high-performing buy-side fixed income team focused on multi-currency investment grade credit portfolios. The role offers exposure across portfolio management, trading execution, sector allocation, and investment idea generation within a collaborative institutional investment environment.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with senior portfolio managers on sector positioning, portfolio themes, trading strategies, and single-name investment ideas
- Executing trades across predominantly USD, GBP, and EUR cash bond markets
- Partnering with credit analysts to assess relative value opportunities and issuer fundamentals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealer counterparties and market participants
- Supporting internal portfolio analysis, reporting, and investment discussions
Qualifications
- Around 4+ years of relevant experience within fixed income markets
- Strong understanding of investment grade credit markets
- Experience in an execution based role
- Experience working with and creating a bridge of communication between PM team and sector specific analysts
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
- Interest in developing within a long-term buy-side investment environment
