HR Project Consultant – Asset Management – Benefits & Compensation
Miryco Consultants are working with a leading global Investment Management firm seeking to add an HR Project Consultant to their team on a 6-month contract, based in Manchester or Dublin. This role is ideal for a Compensation & Benefits professional with strong project management skills to support the setup of benefits programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans with clear roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Create presentations that translate into clear solutions.
- Lead process automation initiatives to reduce manual activities using HR systems, tools, and templates.
Experience:
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a multinational or European context.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience leading complex HR projects in a global organization.
Location:
Manchester or Dublin, hybrid work model.
