Our client is a well-established and fast-growing Digital Assets Trading firm with a global footprint. They are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support across the business. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and senior leadership, offering high visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple business lines
- Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary for senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with front-office, risk, and operations teams to support revenue, cost, and profitability analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, new products, and capital allocation decisions
- Analyse key business drivers, KPIs, and trends to provide actionable insights
- Support senior management with ad-hoc analysis, board materials, and investor-related reporting as required
- Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency; drive automation where possible
- Ensure financial assumptions align with business strategy and market conditions
- Mentor and review work of junior analysts (if applicable)
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis, ideally within a Trading/Hedge Fund/Digital Assets environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers in a capital markets or transaction-driven environment
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
- Qualified accountant or CFA (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) preferred but not mandatory
- Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills β able to translate complex financial data into clear insights
- High attention to detail with the ability to zoom out strategically
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented
