Compliance Officer - Monitoring & Assurance
We are working with a leading specialty insurance broker to add a Compliance Officer to the team. This role will have a monitoring focus.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supporting Head of Compliance
- Maintenance of Compliance monitoring frameworks
- Horizon scanning and identifying emerging regulatory risks
- Escalation of major issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years relevant experience in Compliance insurance role
- Insurance broking experience preferable
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly SMCR and ICOBS
