Miryco Consultants is working with one of the top Lloyd's of London insurers to add a Conduct Risk Manager to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most commercial and pragmatic companies in Lloyd's, as well as working alongside some of the most well-respected Compliance professionals in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty frameworks
- Managing of Conduct and Complaints team
- Adherence to Lloyd's and FCA regulatory requirements
- Fostering a positive conduct environment
Experience:
- 5+ years' experience working in a relevant Conduct Risk role
- Experience working in insurance, preferably Lloyd's of London
- Commercial and pragmatic individual who enjoys building relationships
- Experience managing teams with direct reports
Location: City of London
Salary: £100K+
