Responsibilities:
- Develop the Financial Crime and Market Abuse elements of the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
- End-to-end design and delivery of Compliance monitoring, focusing on market conduct and financial crime risks.
- Perform validation and reconciliation exercises to provide assurance.
- Draft monitoring reports summarising findings.
- Carry out internal 4‑eyes checks and quality assurance.
Experience:
- Demonstrable relevant experience in a compliance monitoring role.
- Extensive subject‑matter expertise in financial crime and market abuse risks.
