As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking a Proposition Development Manager to help design, develop, and deliver compelling retirement income solutions for customers approaching and entering retirement. You'll play a key role in building customer propositions from the ground up, working across product development, customer insight, distribution, operations, risk, and regulatory teams. Lead the development and enhancement of retirement income propositions, with a particular focus on individual annuities. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging customer needs. Ensure all propositions meet regulatory requirements and deliver good customer outcomes. Experience in proposition development, product management, or proposition strategy within financial services. Strong understanding of the UK retirement market, pensions, annuities, or decumulation products. Experience navigating FCA regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty considerations.
