Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive background screening, including criminal record checks, employment history verification, education confirmation, and professional references. Conduct thorough research using diverse methodologies, databases, and online resources to obtain accurate and up-to-date information. Evaluate and synthesize collected data into detailed reports, identifying inconsistencies and potential concerns. Experience: 1 years’ experience in an HR or similar role. Strong academic background; minimum 2:1 degree from a leading university. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
