Miryco Consultants is working with a top global asset manager who are seeking a highly organised, proactive specialist to design, implement, and embed a holistic contract‑management and governance framework across the department. This will be a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and document an end‑to‑end framework for contract management across Distribution Services and Client Operations
- Work with project team to move all legal contracts to a central repository
- Work with the AML team to review all active rebate agreements to ensure Anti Financial Crime requirements are fully met
- Deliver training documentation, crew guides, and supporting materials for BAU adoption
- Assist UK team with rebate contracts
Experience:
- Strong organisational, documentation and process‑design skills
- Experience working with legal agreements, contract life‑cycle management, or governance frameworks
- Familiarity with Docusign or similar document‑management/contract‑execution systems
- Excellent stakeholder‑management skills across multiple departments
- Understanding of AML/Financial Crime considerations
