The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

This is a dynamic role with exposure at the commercial centre of the business, working closely with senior leadership to assess the portfolio. If you are a student actuary looking to develop in a high-quality environment, this would be an excellent step forward.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with group functions, in particular the reinsurance operation.
  2. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new portfolios/transactions.
  3. Support reserving, capital modelling, and regulatory reporting.
  4. Assist in risk assessments and portfolio monitoring.
  5. Contribute to regulatory submissions and model validation.

About You:

  1. Progressing toward an actuarial qualification (IFoA or equivalent).
  2. Experience in actuarial, insurance, or reinsurance roles.
  3. Strong analytical and Excel skills (VBA & ResQ preferred).
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
