Holding a full UK driving licence is mandatory for this role.

We are three adults livingtogether in a comfortable four-bedroom home in the Clydach area. With the support of our staff team, we enjoy a variety of activities throughout the week that help us stay active, connected, and fulfilled. Our weekly routines often include going for walks, swimming sessions, arts and crafts, listening to music, and taking part in local community events. Staff support us in planning our days, attending appointments, and managing personal care, always in a way that respects our individual preferences and promotes our independence. With the right support, we're able to enjoy a safe, happy, and meaningful life in our shared home.

As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives.
- Assistwith household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, andmaintainingroutines.
- Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.
- Work alongside professionals such as social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure people receive the best support.
- Listen to the people you support andsupportthemtomake choices about their lives.
