We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time PBS & Autism and Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Brecon, Powys. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives. You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role.
We are looking for a support worker to work alongside a vibrant young adult aged between 20-25 who loves walking and exercising outdoors, playing video games, especially anything Skylanders, listening to music, and watching films. The person loves being active but also values quiet time for themselves. We are looking for a support worker who is upbeat, positive, full of energy, and has a brilliant sense of humour. You will need to be physically active and willing to join in with walks and many other activities. You will need to be committed to supporting someone to live life their way, be adaptable, and confident using your own initiative.

What You'll Do: As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives.
- Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.
- Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.
- Work alongside professionals such as social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure people receive the best support.
- Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
