Job Description
Mirror Marketing Ltd are an independent marketing agency working with well-known companies merchandising & auditing their brands in stores near you.
This is a self-employed role which gives you flexibility to work any hours that suit you. Most available work has a window of weeks in which to complete the required visit, so it really is at your convenience.
You can work at any time of day if the allocated store is open.
We work in different retailers, include Sainsburys, Tesco, B&M, Boots, Garden Centres, The Factory Shop and many more.
The work varies from checking shelves for a certain product, Filling & tidying up stock to a planned layout, or placing promotions in sight to attract customers. Aiming for the best visual representation of a store's products to increase sales.
Agreed planograms are provided by clients, to be used to organise and display their products, including designated place in stores, display layouts, and any visual adverts, known as Point-of-Sale.
All merchandisers are given a detailed brief, specific to every job.
This will clearly break down all the requirements, step by step, so you understand what is expected.It will be essential to take’ Before & After ' photos on your phone of all work, and upload these to our web-based reporting system to ensure payment. Reports will be reviewed and when approved sent to the client, and the job is complete.
Field Managers in your area, will offer you a variety of local visits for your consideration.Most are short, regular visits, so you will quickly become aware of the process & requirements involved.Before accepting any job, full details will be specified: Required dates, Estimated time in store, Paid mileage & Payment for visit – before you agree to the work.
Client Managers are available to help you when in store, with any question you may have.
We are here to support you through the work and navigate your findings in store to achieve a result for the client.We will send you a Welcome Pack with ID badge, with everything you need to get started.In addition, you will need
