We are a highly respected bespoke tailoring business located in Mayfair dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality bespoke garments and exceptional service. We have also built a successful luxury alteration business working with blue chip brands and celebrities in London & abroad. We are at a crossroads and taking on more space so that we can add fresh talent to the team, in order to grow our business.
About You: Are you someone with sharp financial skills, and confidence in supporting the operations of a growing team? Are you willing to take on our basic systems, revolutionise them and set us on an easier path in 2026 and beyond? Where are we now? Transparently, we have had a lot change this year and are looking to fill several roles with a view to be a slicker, more efficient company that is less reliant on its founder. We have a great foundation but after 23 years we have reached that tipping point where βwe either go big or go homeβ and we have decided to go big.
What are we looking for? We are seeking an experienced administrator with a strong finance focus to support our founder, showroom manager and team across key administrative, financial, and operational areas. We encourage those who enjoy bringing clarity to complex systems, and value purpose-driven work to apply. We welcome candidates with a wide range of lived and professional experiences.
Ideally you should have:
- Significant experience and expertise in admin, executive support, finance, and operations.
- Confident with financial tools.
- Strategic-focus in collection, analysis, and maintenance of data.
- Practiced in working independently and collaboratively within a team that will be a mix between seasoned and new staff.
- Invested in contributing to an inclusive, learning-focused culture.
