About Us: We are a highly respected bespoke tailoring business located in Mayfair dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality bespoke garments and exceptional service. We have also built a successful luxury alteration business working with blue chip brands and celebrities in London & abroad. We are looking to add fresh talent to grow our business and are currently looking for a talented outfitter to start as soon as possible.
What you will bring:
- Provide excellent client service (customer-service oriented), forward-thinking problem solver, and proactive.
- Be time-efficient and able to multitask across various daily roles with a positive attitude.
- Have experience in luxury retail, the tailoring industry, and selling/fitting clients.
- Possess extensive knowledge of fabrics and fit.
- Work independently and within a small team, embracing an open-plan office environment.
- Have basic knowledge of invoicing, social media, and marketing, and be open to improving systems.
- Be willing to work overtime to complete tasks and attend celebrity VIP fittings.
- Be eager to learn new skills, take on challenges, and bring innovative ideas that help the company progress and evolve.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, especially in alterations and fit.
- Find ways to attract new clients and maintain regular sales from loyal customers; treat every client with equal importance.

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, including VIPs and celebrities, and uphold the highest level of professionalism.

- Write and manage orders, follow up on them, and maintain vital contact with clients throughout the order process.
- Perform celebrity fittings for various luxury brands.
- Process alterations and conduct quality checks.
