About Us: We are a highly respected bespoke tailoring business located in Mayfair dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality bespoke garments and exceptional service. We have also built a successful luxury alteration business working with blue chip brands and celebrities in London & abroad. We are looking to add fresh talent to grow our business and are currently looking for a talented outfitter to start as soon as possible.

What you will bring:

  • Provide excellent client service (customer-service oriented), forward-thinking problem solver, and proactive.
  • Be time-efficient and able to multitask across various daily roles with a positive attitude.
  • Have experience in luxury retail, the tailoring industry, and selling/fitting clients.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of fabrics and fit.
  • Work independently and within a small team, embracing an open-plan office environment.
  • Have basic knowledge of invoicing, social media, and marketing, and be open to improving systems.
  • Be willing to work overtime to complete tasks and attend celebrity VIP fittings.
  • Be eager to learn new skills, take on challenges, and bring innovative ideas that help the company progress and evolve.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, especially in alterations and fit.
  • Find ways to attract new clients and maintain regular sales from loyal customers; treat every client with equal importance.
  • Keep up to date with competitors and current tailoring/fashion trends.
  • Maintain immaculate personal presentation at all times, particularly in the showroom.
  • Exhibit excellent listening skills and note-taking, especially when taking or writing orders.
  • Assist colleagues when needed and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Have a passion for fashion and a deep understanding of market trends.
  • Use spoken and written English proficiently (additional languages are a plus).
  • Be proactive, reliable, and dependable.

What the role will involve:

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, including VIPs and celebrities, and uphold the highest level of professionalism.
  • Sell bespoke garments confidently to diverse clients, tailoring recommendations to fit individual needs and highlight appropriate price points.
  • Write and manage orders, follow up on them, and maintain vital contact with clients throughout the order process.
  • Perform celebrity fittings for various luxury brands.
  • Process alterations and conduct quality checks.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers and brands, take charge, make decisions when necessary, and represent Mirpuri Bespoke with confidence.
  • Handle administration duties, including basic invoicing.
