About The Team
The Solutions product stream is responsible for driving Miro’s adoption across a broad set of use cases, for customers across different segments and industries. The stream collaborates closely with Miro’s customer-facing teams and customers to create and distribute workflow solutions. The stream works closely with the other product streams to evolve the product experience and supporting architecture to support these workflow solutions.

The stream works closely with the other product streams to evolve the product experience and supporting architecture to support these workflow solutions.
About The Role
You’ll lead the design of the UI framework for Miro’s Innovation Workspace across all product touch points, improving the experience for Miro’s millions of customers. You’ll support the evolution and implementation of the product information architecture and deep AI integration throughout the platform, and you’ll transform the existing UI framework into a robust, extensible system that can support future growth and development.
You’ll work closely with product and design leadership, cross-functional partners, and designers to articulate the vision, make it tangible, and set direction for product teams across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a tangible, shared design vision for the evolution of Miro’s UI framework, and plan execution of this vision in collaboration with cross-functional product and design partners
- Leverage extensive- and advanced prototyping skills to bring design concepts to life, at all stages of the design process to engage customers, stakeholders, and product teams
- Work with XFN partners across teams to effectively engage leadership and stakeholders in the work
- Organize and lead creative workshops with design teams, leadership, and stakeholders to evolve the work
- Communicate the vision across Miro’s product organization
What You’ll Need
- 10+ years of product design experience with evidence of being able to go from 0 to 1 on large and complex, company-wide initiatives with demonstrated business impact
- Exceptional strategic- and systems thinking with an ability to scale design solutions across different applications and platforms, supported by strong interaction design skills, expert-level prototyping skills (React/Web development), and a good sense of aesthetic
- Strong operational and communication skills, supported by a good sense of ownership and business mindset. Able to engage other designers and cross-functional collaborators in their work and empower them to help drive and deliver on the design system goals
- Worked with large teams (15+ designers) in mid- to large product companies (200+). Experience with enterprise applications and services is a plus
