About the Role
As a Senior Channel Partner Manager, you will be a quota-carrying leader responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and scaling high-impact channel partnerships across your assigned region. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Partner Sales, you will work closely with regional sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue, customer adoption, and long-term partner success. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on operator who enjoys building new programs, relationships, and GTM motions from the ground up. You will own partner GTM strategy, executive relationships, enablement, and co-marketing initiatives, while continuously optimizing partner performance through data-driven execution.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver against a partner revenue quota, tracking and managing key performance metrics across your region.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable resellers, distributors, solution partners, consultancies, and referral partners.
- Build and execute a scalable partner onboarding and enablement experience that supports the full B2B SaaS sales cycle.
- Develop joint GTM plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and demand generation campaigns.
- Drive strong sales alignment between partners and internal sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners, lead QBRs, and continuously iterate on joint GTM strategies.
- Support partners' ability to deliver post-sales services, customer adoption, and long-term value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and operations to ensure partners have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.
What You'll Need
- A strategic thinker who can set clear metrics and long-term plans, while also hustling to execute and deliver short-term wins.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales motion, with the ability to enable partners to successfully replicate it.
- Proven experience closing deals and managing opportunities from lead generation through negotiation and close.
- Comfortable balancing experimentation and iteration with scalable, repeatable partner programs.
- Creative and forward-thinking, with interest in building a partnership ecosystem beyond traditional IT channel models.
- Extroverted, relationship-driven, and confident working across cultures and functions.
- 2+ years in a partner-facing, quota-carrying role (channel sales, alliances, business development, account management) within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven success working with distributors, resellers, and solution partners across UK/I (potential for additional region).
- Experience driving revenue via partners in international markets.
- Fluency in English required (additional languages a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
