About the RoleMiro is looking for a visionary Staff Product Designer to support the design of Miro's Growth team, including adoption and onboarding experiences. As a key leader within the Growth stream, you will lead the design evolution of these experiences, you will help Miro users reach value quickly through experiments you can ship and measure. We are looking for an AI Native designer - someone who doesn't just see AI as a feature but as a fundamental shift in the product development process and ultimately, a massive opportunity. What you'll doOwn design across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion — not just onboarding. Partner with Product and Engineering across the org to solve complex technical- and design challenges around AI quality, discoverability, and the seamless journey from a user's first sign-up to deep, habitual engagement with the infinite canvas. Set the bar for design excellence at Miro, mentoring other designers and contributing to the evolution of our design systems and internal tooling. What you'll need10+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles. Demonstrating both the impact on user experience and business goals. A deep understanding of AI and AI design tooling and the ability to show you're leading the charge. Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and engineering, to deliver seamless growth solutions. Deep understanding of UX practices, information architecture, and user-centred design methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of design and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. A proactive and flexible approach, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities. Experience working on growth, lifecycle, or onboarding-focused design tools and experimentation platforms is a massive plus.
