At Miro, we empower teams to imagine, collaborate, and build the next big thing together. We’re a global crew of makers, storytellers, and doers, and we believe great ideas come from connecting people around what matters most. Right now, we’re at an exciting inflection point with our Professional Services Provider space, and we’re looking for someone who can shape how the world feels about us there.
Why this role matters
Professional Services is where strategy meets execution. But too often the story stops at PowerPoint slides and checkboxes. We want to change that. We want to show how modern PSPs transform client outcomes and position Miro as the hub where that transformation happens. We’re hiring someone to own and elevate the narrative to push ideas people remember, not just metrics people track.
What you’ll be doing
- This is a hands-on creative role with strategic impact.
- Build the editorial playbook for how Miro shows up in the PSP world from awareness to adoption and deep engagement.
- Write content that people actually read: whitepapers, playbooks, POVs, LinkedIn pieces, industry reports, case studies, newsletters, and more.
- Talk to real PSP leaders and practitioners, extract the gold, and turn it into stories that matter.
- Lead signature storytelling initiatives, campaigns, thought leadership programs, and creative collaborations that lift Miro’s voice in the industry.
- Partner with internal teams (Growth, Marketing, Community, Product, PR) to amplify, distribute, and reuse content in ways that actually stick.
- Experiment with formats and ideas to create memorable content, not templated work.
This is not about hitting quota. It’s about quality, resonance, and influence.
How We Think About Success Here
In 12 months, we want to see:
- Miro recognized as a top voice in the PSP world (by sentiment, engagement, and industry mentions).
- 2–3 standout campaigns that people talk about — not just launch, but reference.
- A content library that isn’t dusty; it gets used by Sales, CS, Product, and Community.
- Clear links between your content and real business outcomes (pipeline, adoption, evangelism).
- Earned signals across media, stages, partnerships, and community buzz.
Who you are
You’ll Thrive Here If This Sounds Like You
- You’ve lived in the world of content and ideas for 5–7+ years, ideally with strategic storytelling experience in B2B or professional services contexts.
- You write with personality and clarity. Complex ideas feel simple when you explain them.
- You get PSPs. Whether you’ve worked in or closely with consulting, agencies, training firms, or you understand how they think and operate, you empathize with this audience.
- You bring strategy and craft. You’re not just tactical; you think about why content exists and what it moves.
- You’re autonomous but collaborative. You love doing the work and building something bigger with others.
- You’re curious and research-driven. You dig in, learn fast, and connect dots others miss.
Nice Bonuses
- B2B SaaS experience
- Workshop or facilitation experience
- Multimedia content experience (audio/video)
- A personal newsletter, blog, podcast, or public voice
The reality
This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, but a big opportunity to shape something meaningful with executive support. You’ll have freedom to experiment and responsibility to set the bar rather than follow it. If you like autonomy and real impact over process, you’ll feel at home.
Practical stuff
- Remote, EU time zone.
- Some travel for interviews, events, and collaboration.
- We reward impact, not output.
- You’ll work closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, Community, and executive leadership.
This role is not for you if…
- You’re looking for a content factory role focused on volume, SEO quotas, or rigid calendars.
- You prefer heavy structure, long approval chains, or very clearly defined playbooks.
- You want to manage a large team rather than do the work yourself.
- You haven’t written hands-on content in years and don’t miss it.
- You’re uncomfortable having a point of view or putting your name behind ideas.
- You need step-by-step direction to get started.
- You’re not excited by ambiguity, experimentation, or building something from scratch.
What’s in it for you
- Competitive equity package
- Medical insurance coverage
- Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office
- Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
- Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
- Travel allowance for your commute
- Opportunity to work for a globally diverse team
- Inspiring workplace in Amsterdam
