- Run discovery‑led sales processes to deeply understand customer challenges and map them to Miro’s value proposition
- Drive full‑cycle sales from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Contribute feedback from the field to support Product and Marketing teams in strengthening Miro’s brand presence in the Italian market
- Establish and manage partnerships with local resellers and work closely with the Channel team to build a strong, scalable reseller ecosystem
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of sales experience within SaaS or related tech in the Italian Market
- Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team‑selling experience
- Proven track record of net new business acquisition and exceeding quotas in greenfield or under‑developed markets
- Experience in building or scaling a territory from the ground up, ideally as a first hire or early‑stage team member
- Strong discovery, stakeholder mapping, and value‑based selling skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment with a self‑starter mindset
- You have the ability to grow rapport and relationships with potential clients and executives
- You have a great attitude that can manoeuvre through ambiguity and ability to work and collaborate with a growing team
- You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
- You are results‑oriented with a relentless focus on delivering customer value and a great customer experience
What’s In It For You
- Competitive equity package
