About the Role
As a Business Recruiter on our global team, every hire you bring to Miro will enable teams to create the next big thing. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers across all non-technical organizations to align on talent strategy. You will serve as a candidate advocate while ensuring a top-notch experience, and lastly, you will drive an effective interview process that evaluates against Miro's high bar for performance potential and the mindsets that create our culture.
What you'll do:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
- Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote Miro as an employer of choice.
What you'll need:
- 2-4 years of full-cycle Business recruiting experience where you've supported high volume and evergreen hiring; GTM or agency experience highly preferred.
- Experience using Greenhouse, Workday and other recruiting tools such as Calendly, Lever, Goodtime and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with AI tools and trends to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
